What is APA Home Insurance (Domestic Package)?

The Domestic Package is a combined home insurance policy that protects you against the risks present in your private dwelling, placing several covers under one policy. Standard sections are: (A) Building – the main structure including garages, outbuildings, swimming pools, walls, gates and fittings; (B) Contents – household goods and personal effects; (C) All Risks – specified portable items carried outside the home (cameras, jewellery, phones, laptops); (D) WIBA – domestic employees; and (E/F) Owner's and Occupier's Liability. It suits tenants, landlords and developers.
