APA Insurance Launches Digital Claims Platform to Transform Customer Experience

APA Insurance has launched a fully digital claims platform, allowing customers to submit, track, and settle claims directly from their mobile phones — a significant step in the Group's ongoing digital transformation journey.

The platform replaces paper-heavy, manual processes with a streamlined digital workflow. Customers can now upload documentation, monitor the real-time status of their claim, and receive settlement notifications without visiting a branch, dramatically reducing turnaround times and improving transparency.

The launch forms part of a broader investment in technology, data, and process optimisation that is enhancing operational efficiency and enabling real-time customer engagement across the Group. Further digital self-service features are scheduled for release through 2026.
